Two souls reside
deep inside of me
Trust, can you,
what your naked eyes see?
Talk to me, let me listen
Hear me out, once you’re done
Follow me along on the path less travelled
Lots of mysteries yet to be unravelled
Fickle minded,
I change my path often
Walk with me,
once my heart softens
My mood, my wit,
my myriad shenanigans
Quirky and unusual,
my ideas of fun
I’d plunge into deep waters
To recover my treasures
Be watchful, be breathless
I dance in the darkness
I rule the game of love;
words are my dime
Amuse me, my friend,
or begone with time
Like yin and yang,
you’ll reap what you sow
Who am I,
a trusted mate or a feared foe?
Be wary when you wish to see,
my warning to thee
Once seen, you can’t unsee,
the other side of me.
